1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

  • You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Certain items such as earphones, wearables, and hygiene-related electronics cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened or damaged tech accessories unless defective

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item:

  • Provide your order number and photos/videos of the product.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund based on inspection.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email us with clear product images.

7. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless:
